Last fall, we had the pleasure of catering a gorgeous and detailed wedding for our clients (turned friends!) Mary and Nick. They included us in their big day at one of Temecula’s most hidden gems, Doffo Winery, which houses an antique motorcycle collection and an amazing view of the valley.
To Mary and Nick, this spot was much more than a wedding venue, it held a special place in their memories together. They knew instantly Feast on This was the perfect fit to execute their plated dinner vision. Once we finalized the menu details, we had the couple come in for tasting; it was an instant connection. They were passionate about the food and presentation, with very distinguished palettes. We emphasized fall flavors and seasonal ingredients throughout the course of the whole event, while keeping in mind of the importance of their guests with dietary restrictions.
Our experienced team worked like a flawless machine throughout the event. The kitchen team of talented chefs cooked and plated the proteins to perfection. In tandem, the servers executed the salad and dinner courses quickly and efficiently, while respecting and noting any guests with specific dietary needs. To bring the whole evening together, the dinner was timed perfectly while the sun set behind the bride and groom’s sweetheart table. We hope their wedding menu provides other couples with inspiration!
