For those who have not quite gotten around to reading our About Us page, we have officially kicked off our 17th year in business with a fresh new look. Who better to share this exciting change with than with our closest clients and vendor friends? We thought we would turn the tables and throw a party for them to say thank you for being our long-standing clients and for their continued support over the years. We teamed up with some of the industry’s best to make this vision come to life. We couldn’t have made this happen without the experts at Classic Party Rentals, Snake Oil Cocktail Co. and SOS Entertainment!
Throughout the years, we have worked on a variety of event styles in the corporate sector, to private social events and numerous weddings. We elected to showcase our versatility in multiple event types while highlighting our dedication to seasonal ingredients. This was obviously the perfect opportunity to showcase our love for themes as well. We wanted to take our guests on a journey, while utilizing all of the space at the Feast on This office and kitchen. Guests were welcomed with a bubbly welcome drink of St. Germaine and Prosecco and began their trip through the four seasons.
Outside, our front parking lot was transformed into the ultimate picnic spot with Classic Party Rental’s gorgeous Descanso picnic tables and benches, outdoor games, a fire pit for s’mores and fresh made sliders and fries to order. This was also the ideal spot to serve up iced coffee and flambéed donut holes.
Continuing on their seasonal Feast journey, guests were transported to a wedding in springtime in our tasting room, complete with a plated dinner tablescape, an arbor and on-trend wedding chairs. The room featured our signature touch with bright-spring inspired bites such as our Beet and Watermelon Edible Spoon and our Roasted Chickpea Salad in miniature plant pots. However, the crowd favorite was the chef-attended Short Rib Station with a carrot infused mashed potato puree and bright haricot verts. To pair with the spring dishes, Snake Oil Cocktail Co created a springy sparkling wine cocktail. Everyone had the opportunity to take some fun photos at SOS Entertainment’s photo booth as well!
Guests continued into our catering kitchen to discover it had been completely transformed into a wintery wonderland with white light-up trees and more tasty dishes such as our miniature Shrimp and Grits and our Breakfast Biscuit Bar with a savory dinner twist.
The kitchen was bustling with guests, when they encountered the “Crispy Roadkill” Halloween Station (don’t worry, it was bourbon peppered bacon!). The kitchen housed our musical entertainment for the night courtesy of SOS Entertainment, the DJ had a great set all afternoon long!
The final season at the end of this journey was our Thanksgiving-inspired family style table set up with our client-favorite Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast, Butternut Squash Infused Mashed Potatoes and our latest fall-inspired crostini hors d’oeuvre. This fall line-up matched perfectly to the IPA-Aperol beer cocktail Snake Oil created to match our seasonal fare.
We are so thankful to have shared the last 17 years with our clients and have some exciting things ahead for the future. We know you’ve trusted us to take care of your clients, employees, families and friends and are honored to be a part of your milestones and celebrations.
