Matthew shares his culinary knowledge with the deaf community by hosting a deaf cooking show “Simply Cooking” by Sorenson.
Through Jason’s business training and background, he is a logistics, operations and design master! He excels in taking a client’s vision and executing each detail to create a seamless event. Jason’s creative right brain balances his logistical left brain and allows him to adjusts on a dime, a necessity in the catering and event industry.
In various capacities, Melissa has been a long time member of the Feast family. She has an uncanny way of connecting with people, which allows her to understand and execute each client’s vision with perfection and ease. Chef Ricardo’s rich history in the culinary industry and training with celebrity chef Jim Coleman offers clients a sophisticated dining experience. His love and passion for creating new dishes using traditional and modern techniques is apparent in every presentation. When he is not in the kitchen, Chef Ricardo can be found spending quality time with his family.
With an extensive background working one-on-one with brides at a local bridal boutique, being an Assistant Pastry Chef at a bakery, and being a Server for Feast on This, Alexis is able to quickly identify and communicate what each client needs to the team. Alexis is passionate about the fine details and is a master problem solver. When she is not busy helping make dreams come true, Alexis loves to go to Disneyland with her husband. Oh, and did we mention that Alexis is fluent in American Sign Language?!
Thrysha first started working with Feast as a server and has now become the Event Operations Assistant. With her strong interest and knowledge in the event industry, she understands the many different facets of event planning and is able to manage event logistics with ease. Feast on This promises to exceed their clients expectations and with Thrysha, she helps to make that a reality.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia and a background in events, Pamela brings a wealth of experience to the Feast team. Her passion for creating memorable events is what drives her everyday to continue making each client's dream come true. When she's not busy creating events, she likes to get crafty, watch movies, and of course try new foods.
Leela graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics and an emphasis on American Sign Language. She loves working at Feast because it allows her to practice signing with Matthew and others on the catering team while helping manage important financial decisions.
Hannah has strong interest in the “behind-the-scenes” aspect of business. Growing up as an Air Force kid, she acquired the skills to adapt to ever-changing environments making accounting and catering a perfect fit.
