Being deaf since birth, Matthew’s unparalleled sense of taste comes through in his abilities to discern the nuances of flavor. Matthew is nationally known as the super taster. Matthew shares his culinary knowledge with the deaf community by hosting a deaf cooking show “Simply Cooking” by Sorenson.
Through Jason’s business training and background, he is a logistics, operations and design master! He excels in taking a client’s vision and executing each detail to create a seamless event. Jason’s creative right brain balances his logistical left brain and allows him to adjusts on a dime, a necessity in the catering and event industry.
In various capacities, Melissa has been a long time member of the Feast family. She has an uncanny way of connecting with people, which allows her to understand and execute each client’s vision with perfection and ease. Local chef, Chris, is a classic and modern trained chef that's had the opportunity to collaborate with top chefs from Barcelona and Madrid including local top chefs with a fusion style of cooking. Taking bits and pieces of his training as inspiration, Chef Chris enjoys time in the kitchen executing unique innovative ways of cooking to ensure top quality and freshness ready to serve at your next event.
Thrysha first started working with Feast as a server and has now become the Event Operations Assistant. With her strong interest and knowledge in the event industry, she understands the many different facets of event planning and is able to manage event logistics with ease. Feast on This promises to exceed their clients expectations and with Thrysha, she helps to make that a reality.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia and a background in events, Pamela brings a wealth of experience to the Feast team. Her passion for creating memorable events is what drives her everyday to continue making each client's dream come true. When she's not busy creating events, she likes to get crafty, watch movies, and of course try new foods.
Son of a deaf mother, Dustin was groomed to become an American Sign Language Interpreter and is the Executive Director of Clip Interpreting. He is our resident communications director providing seamless conversations among deaf and hearing staff and clients.
Leela graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics and an emphasis on American Sign Language. She loves working at Feast because it allows her to practice signing with Matthew and others on the catering team while helping manage important financial decisions.
Hannah has strong interest in the “behind-the-scenes” aspect of business. Growing up as an Air Force kid, she acquired the skills to adapt to ever-changing environments making accounting and catering a perfect fit.
