A perfect day for a wedding on the roof of the Natural History Museum
Pictures of the bride and groom growing up were used to number each table.
118 guests enjoyed a beautiful assortment from our Cheese and Charcuterie Board and were welcomed to enjoy hand-passed appetizers like the the Endive Cup Salad, the Smoked Salmon Salad Cone, and our Cheeseburger Sliders.
For the plated dinner, guests were served an Arugula Salad with grilled peaches, a choice between the Chicken with Wild Mushroom and Artichoke Ragout, the Barolo Filet, or the Butternut Squash Cheese Ravioli, accompanied with the Potato "Pear" Croquette and Haricot Verts Bundle.
Of course, no wedding is complete without a dinosaur themed wedding cake!
