As we are approaching a special one-year anniversary, we thought we’d look back when one of our own got married. Our Assistant Event Planner, Bianca, married Jasen at Windmill Ranch last June. The spacious outdoors and striking greenery backdrop makes the perfect venue for any type of function... but we sure do love it for weddings! We are always thrilled to extend the same wedding experience to our family as we offer our clients.
Our culinary team worked closely with Bianca and Jasen creating a custom menu. It was based on their culinary love story of how food played a meaningful part in each of their relationship milestones, including sliders as an ode to meeting on a slider inspired food truck. Our chef even poached brussels sprouts and potatoes in duck fat to represent their first date sharing duck fat fries! They knew they wanted a family style reception to encourage guests to share and talk with one another in a relaxed atmosphere. Happy First Anniversary, Bianca and Jasen!
