Through Jason’s business training and background, he is a logistics, operations and design master! He excels in taking a client’s vision and executing each detail to create a seamless event. Jason’s creative right brain balances his logistical left brain and allows him to adjusts on a dime, a necessity in the catering and event industry.
Chef Ricardo’s rich history in the culinary industry and training with celebrity chef Jim Coleman offers clients a sophisticated dining experience. His love and passion for creating new dishes using traditional and modern techniques is apparent in every presentation. When he is not in the kitchen, Chef Ricardo can be found spending quality time with his family.
