It’s official: we are headed to the Amalfi Coast! I can already feel the sunshine on my face, see the crystal-clear blue waters and the smell of lemons in the air! I am most excited to taste the delicious food and drink some authentic limoncello! Time to start prepping for our trip!

Today, I am making my travel list for our trip to the Amalfi Coast next week! I know our trip is over a week away, but I am just too excited to sit still! Things on my packing list: sunscreen, bathing suit, camera, hat, sunglasses…Am I missing anything?? I’ve heard so many great things about the Amalfi Coast; I cannot wait to see the lemon groves lining the coast, taste limoncello, and eat delicious Italian faire! My husband keeps reminding me to book our flights by this Friday, January 15th at 5pm. He is so organized!

This place is so fantastic! Beautiful views, delicious smells and a cool breeze on my skin! I don't ever want to leave! We ate the most delicious meal today: Italian Skillet Chicken (which was so perfectly cooked), linguine al limon, colorful roasted vegetables, handmade bruschetta and to top it all off for dessert: espresso cannolis! YUM!
We love this place so much, we decided to stay one extra week! Can't wait to explore the other towns of this beautiful place. I read that each town has its own food specialty; can't wait to eat my way through this trip!
