The arrival of fall has our team reminiscing about one of our favorite summer weddings from this year. Jessica and Cisco's wedding day was colorful, detailed and gorgeous - worthy of only the most VIP Pinterest dream boards. When they came to us, the future Mr. and Mrs., had a venue, a vision and very fun menu ideas. The couple selected The Bougainvillea Estate in La Quinta, California for a weekend no one could forget! The couple and their families came to the Feast on This Team with dishes they wished to see incorporated into their wedding menu. Once Jessica and Cisco explained the importance of each dish, it came together beautifully. Perhaps the biggest star of the show was the Lomo Saltado; the couple wanted their family style meal to feature this very special and traditional Peruvian dish. Our chef utilized a family recipe to ensure the authenticity of the dish, it was very important to the couple and their families.

Jessica and Cisco wanted to bring together their friends and family to witness their special day while encouraging them to share dinner together. This service style allows each table to pass food around to one another, engage in conversation and make everyone feel like one big family. They wanted to invoke the same feelings associated with sharing a meaningful meal on Thanksgiving Day. The day came together perfectly and ended with the the entire bridal party in the pool, now that’s a happy ending!
