Finding the right balance between preserving old historic buildings and creating innovative menus can be challenging, but that hasn't stopped us from developing new concepts.

With a little creative thinking, our kitchen team developed a way to compensate using open flames at the The San Diego Museum of Art for the VIP preview of the Art and Empire: The Golden Age of Spain exhibit to provide a truly authentic Spanish menu.

We think we nailed it...or more picked it with our branded picks from Pick On Us
used for our prosciutto wrapped melon.

The light, refreshing and cool soup, known as Gazpacho, is an all time favorite in Spain
and even a bigger hit with the guests.

Our olive manchego bites captured the essence of Spain's most popular cheese.

Other traditional Spanish flavors included our Short Rib Empanadas and Coliflor and of course, you can't end the night without having a sweet cinnamon churro dipped in hot chocolate!
