There is always a reason to toast life’s special moments. We specialize in signature cocktails, estate wines, craft beer, and customized bar services. Our handcrafted bar packages will make for a most memorable event.

MENU TASTINGS
Once our team finalizes an event menu that matches a client’s vision, we invite two guests in for a tasting. The guests are given the opportunity to taste a few items from each area of their menu to ensure the flavors and presentation are to their standards. This also gives the opportunity for our team and client to discuss any final details.

EVENT PRODUCTION
We go the extra mile for each event such as menu selections that best fit the guests’ style and dietary limitations, décor to create an eye-catching flow and assistance in recommending trusted vendors. Our abilities as an event planner and caterer allow us to provide a full sensory experience that evokes instantaneous reactions and long-lasting memories.

After our initial phone call, we meet with our culinary and creative teams to create the perfect menu, rentals and details.

All of our staff have multiple roles when it comes to your event. They are responsible for setting up, serving for plated dinners and family style, replenishing food for buffets, cleaning and bussing during the reception, final cleanup at the end of the night and break down.

This is an industry standard that helps cover the cost of hours needed to prep and plan all aspects of you event and other costs associated that are not detailed out in the proposal. This includes client phone calls, meetings, site visits, insurance certificates, uniforms costs, off site catering licenses, etc.  This fee is not a gratuity for service staff.
