Tasting

We know many clients are eager to taste our deliciously handcrafted dishes, but it is important to accomplish everything on our event preparation check list before we can set up a tasting. It’s essential to collect all important information related to your event, then we work closely with each department to design the event and pricing, including that delicious menu of yours. Once our team finalizes an event menu that matches a client’s vision, we invite two guests in for a tasting. The guests are given the opportunity to taste a few items from each area of their menu to ensure the flavors and presentation are to their standards. This also gives the opportunity for our team and client to discuss any final details.
