Through careful listening and extensive knowledge of venues and logistics, our event planners can assist couples to any degree necessary. We can offer full wedding planning services with our network of trusted vendors or assist along the way with answers to questions as the big day draws near.

There are many factors that determine the cost of a wedding including service style, venue, rentals and guest count.

Typically, a full service staffed wedding ranges between $100 to $175 per person inclusive. This includes for food, staffing and place settings.

Chef Centered | Action Stations  $125 to 150+ per guest

Formal | Plated  $125 to $150+ per guest

Guest Centered | Buffet  $100 to $125+ per guest

Family Feast | Family Style  $150 to $175+ per guest

Prices based on five-hour event for approximately one hundred guests.

All events are subject to a Production Fee and State Sales Tax.

In order to secure your date, we ask for a retainer. This can be paid through our easy to access online portal or with a check. An initial 25% retainer due upon receipt of signed contract. Payment in full is due ten (10) business days prior to the event date.

*Peak season dates (October – December) may require an additional non-refundable, 'hold the date’ retainer.

Feast has an inventory of rentals including china, charger plates,

glassware, furniture, tables, chairs, platters, linens, decorations, etc.

We also have long established relationships with trusted local rental companies. This allows limitless options to make your wedding dreams a reality. For full service events, we can coordinate your rental needs for a seamless event.
